Register link to another page

This plug-in works fine. I just want that the register link points to another page in my site because I need to gather some extra information.
1) Is that possible?
2) How do I do that?As I’m being a relatively unexperienced with PHP and so I hop that anyone can provide me with a detailed answer. Any help is much appreciated.
