Register Function is not working on my Blog.

Hello,
after upgrade to 2.9.2,
i found that my “register” link is not working.

If you click on the “register”, it remains in the view of Log in (only username & password available), but not the form for new user to register a new account.

Can someone tell me how to solve this problem??
