# Register form doesn’t work

    My form builder shows the register page is good, [https://si3.photorapide.com/invites/photos/2022/01/01nc81.jpg](https://si3.photorapide.com/invites/photos/2022/01/01nc81.jpg)
   but when I open the register page, it’s not the same, [https://si3.photorapide.com/invites/photos/2022/01/01m1ju.jpg](https://si3.photorapide.com/invites/photos/2022/01/01m1ju.jpg)
   on the other hand, the header and footer are not displayed, Could you help me
   to solve it ? thank you so much.

 * Try editing the Login page and see if the template is using a full width/page
   builder template. Change it to the default template to show the header and footer.
