    If they’re already in your database then all they have to do is login. You do want to make sure that those users have the proper capabilities added to their roles. This article might help you with that: Capabilities for Support Users

    hi, thanks for your answer,
    my customers have a code, and I want to use that codes for login to the site, but I do not know how to validate that codes.

    Hi:

    I am not sure what you mean by a “code”. Are you using the regular login process for WordPress or are you using a custom login process of some kind?

    hi, when a customer purchases from our store, a purchase code is given to them, in my login form, I want the customer using that purchase code for login to the site.

    Hi;

    Thanks for the clarification.

    You can set a different login page under TICKETS->SETTINGS->ADVANCED.

    If that doesn’t work then you would need customization work for the integration with your purchase codes. You can send us a request on our contact form for customization work if you’re interested in pursuing that option further.
