# Register Button don’t respond

    Please help me!
 * the registration button (the red one) in add new user form is not working after
   filling the registration form i click on registration button it just reload the
   page, it does not add new user or anything !
 * what shall i do, is there any settings i need to change or code should be add

 *  This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and
   see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you
