# Register Button doesn’t work

 * I’ve installed the plugin, but when I go to settings and is asks me to Register,
   I check the boxes next to Accept Terms and Receive Emails, but the Register button
   doesn’t work.

 * We’d like to understand what exactly happened so we can reproduce the issue and
   make sure it doesn’t occur again. Could you please help us with the following
   details?
    1. **Browser and version** (e.g., Chrome 139, Firefox 130, etc.)
    2. **Operating system** (Windows / macOS / Linux)
    3. A **screenshot** or short **screen recording** showing what happens when you
       click the “Register” button
    4. Any **error messages** appearing in the browser’s **Developer Console** (you
       can open it with `Ctrl+Shift+J` or `Cmd+Option+J`)
 * We’ve checked our logs and it looks like your player was successfully activated
   and content was generated, so the registration might have gone through despite
   the button not responding visually.
 * To continue the investigation, could you please confirm you were able to see 
   the player appearing on your site and if everything is working as expected?
