Regenerating table wrc_relations everytime

Hi,

because this project is not on GitHub (or don’t have public link in description), i cant make pull request to fix this.

So this way:

In file wp-rest-cache/includes/caching/class-caching.php on line 1180 is checking for incorrect table, so every request is table altered.

Should compare with $this->db_table_relations but is comparing with $this->db_table_caches
