Regenerating only product feature images

    How does one regenerate only feature images? I have that option selected (or so I thought) and when I go to regenerate it says something like 200 images to regenerate. I only want to regenerate feature images attached to a product, and there aren’t 200 products, soooo yeah. Curious what’s going on.

    Hi,

    Featured images are all the images attached to all posts as featured image, not just for one post type like the product. If you have pages and posts, their featured images are counted as well.

    So if I wanted to ‘regenerate all’ then i can’t just isolate it to the feature images of a product post? I thought that is what the options mention, in terms of excluding etc.

    Is there also no way to freely crop a image where you want?

    Hi,

    Have you tried to select the product from the settings dropdown + have the regenerate only featured image setting on?

    I will mark this as resolved, but you can start a new thread if you have other questions.
