Are you using a plugin to create the short urls? Or manually creating them in each Better Click To Tweet box?
My plugin takes whatever short url is being generated by WordPress and dynamically inserts it into your BCTT box. So if you change the URL, it will automatically change it. If you are using a plugin to create the short URLs, it’ll be up to that plugin to regenerate the short URL for each post.
