    Hi,

    I’m using Thunderbird as email client, Thunderbird is suspecting that the the email containing the ticket links could be a phishing attempt, and even if I confirm that it isn’t the links won’t work as the contained form parameters are cut off.

    In general I don’t understand why that email is sent before the order has been completed/paid for eg payments like Banktransfer?

    Could the ticket pdf be styled in someway (logo QRcode etc.)?

    That might be only special interest of ours: WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels plugin seems not get the product/ticket item for listing in their order pdfs.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We haven’t tested our plugin with Thunderbird email client. So this issue is new to us. We’ve noted this issue. The development team will test and fix this issue in future update.

    Our R&D team has studied some cases where users fail to make payment due to some network / internet connectivity issue. We got multiple requests so that admin can track these unpaid tickets also. We’re following this process so that both admin and user have a copy and admin can handle these kind of issues. We’ve also provided options to remove unpaid tickets automatically after a certain period of time. We’re continuously developing our plugin and we’ll provide more options to update payment status from admin panel.

    Customizing or styling PDF is still not available. But we have this in our roadmap. May be we’ll provide this feature in future updates.

    Hi Reza,
    Thanks for your quick and friendly response, regarding the payment I was talking about payment options where the money is not immediately drawn (credit cards), but about those where it takes time for the money to arrive (Banktransfer, Payment in advance) so the order status has to be set to completed manually. So I think it might be a nice feature to have the option for sending the ticket with a condition for which order status it should be sent.

    are you planning on the near future, to add some qr code or barcode to pdf invoices to keep some access control?

    The great news is, we already have plan for adding QR code feature to PDF ticket. This is already on our roadmap. But as we’re following a feature queue, it will take some time to bring this feature on production. Please have patience till then and stay with us.

    Great! Any estimation date? 1 month, 6, 1 year? Sorry but I am currently developing my web right now and I really need that feature. Just to know if I stay with you or I try something else.

    Sorry to say that we still don’t have any estimated timeline to provide you. It may take a while as we’ve a lot of feature requests on our queue. As you’re already developing a site, if you need this feature within a short time then you can use any other plugin for this purpose. Hope you understand.
