    Was unaware that payment was taken from account. Did not receive invoice – they refuse to refund

    According to our refund policy, we guarantee to return funds within 30 days after purchase. In your case, more than 30 days have passed. Of course, there are cases when emails do not arrive or end up in the spam section. All invoices are available in the Client Area on the bestwebsoft website.
