Refuses to go away

    When one installs software of any sort, one expects to be able to uninstall it. Gotcha! No such luck. Can’t get rid of it no matter what I try. Disabling does nothing, Deactivating does nothing. Go to the Disqus site and try to find a way to kill the whole account…no such luck.

    Does someone have a way to get rid of this plug in without having to find every last line of code and remove it manually?

    Discovered a problem on my site that was retaining it. All is well now. Will even use this again.

    I’m glad you got it worked out.

    When I have bad behaving plugin, sometimes I find it easier to remove it via FTP or cpanel.
