    Hi, I have my premium account canceled on time on January 24th by email. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for any feedback or refund since then. The reason for the cancellation was that I can not use the plugin for my purposes. I asked for a quote for a customization. I received a mail that it was passed on to the development, but have never received an answer until today, although I emphasized that I would need it very much. It’s a shame. I am waiting for an answer and my money, although the product description states that there is a 100% money back guarantee. According to the information on the website: “no questions asked”. 🙁

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
