    As you state in your License Agreement & Privacy Policy, in Refund Policy “If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.”, I am not satisfied with the purchase and I request to be fully refund of my order.

    I made the purchase on 2019-03-07.
    Please let me know what information you need to proceed with the refund.

    @alexandergull For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and any talk of a refund.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
