Refund Request

I’ve been trying to get a refund for my gold cart purchase for a week now, with no response from the messages I’ve sent through the main website https://wpecommerce.org/.
What do I need to do to get a refund? I have uninstalled the plugin, and sent several messages. If there was a phone number listed, I would call, but I couldn’t find one.
