WordPress.org (here) does not sell anything. Sounds like you are confused between WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM – which does sell hosting for WordPress sites.

In that case, you need to ask on their forums here:

Nothing on WordPress.org is paid for, please make sure you address the appropriate people before pursuing legal action.
