# Refund question

 * Someone purchased a gift card on my site. Due to a technical error, they thought
   the transaction didn’t complete, and they bought a second one.
 * They asked for a refund, and I granted it by refunding through Woocommerce.
 * Both gift cards are still showing in the Yith Dashboard.
 * How do I void the card for which I have refunded the customer’s money? Do I just
   click “trash”?
 * I can’t find this in the documentation.
 * EDIT: Putting in “trash” didn’t work. What I did instead is change the current
   balance to $0 and change the expiration date to today’s date. That seems to have
   worked, but I’m wondering if there’s a proper process for voiding a gift card.
