    I’ve purchased Profile Builder, found out that it can’t do what it should.

    Asked for a refund, and after 2 weeks (!) I got a message that they “stand behind their product etc.etc.” and that “as a buyer we should know all ins and outs” before buying…

    Which is a joke. They simply don’t do refunds, thats for sure.

    Use the free version, but don’t spend any money on the payed versions, is my opinion.

    Hello Teodor,

    I think your refund policy is clear but useless: you can’t know all in- and outs of a plugin before your install it. The free versions doesn’t cover all options so I bought a paid version. Then I found out it does’t work the way it should. I’ve asked for a refund one day after buying: accepting a refund would be decent and fair.

    I only buy plugins when the budget of the project is not high enough to write my own. Integrating Profile Builder into this project would transcend the budget.
