• Update: after i wrote this review they decided to refund me.

    make sure you read it before buying. essentially there is no 15 days guarantee. they wont refund your money if your not satisfied with their plugin before the 15 days is up. and you cant actually test out the full functionality of the plugin without having the pro membership. went back and forth with their suport for 2 months. they kept on saying they would refund but never have.

    i wanted it for group fitness classes over multi-week intervals. not even close to being able to do this even though they say they can.

    Regarding your use case it is not possible with our plugin totally but, you can create multi-week interval services by manually setting up day-wise services with specific time slots.

    As for the refund, we completely understand your concern. Our refund policy follows the standard process that most companies maintain, refunds are approved once the request meets the outlined policy criteria. Maybe our agent confirmed that you would receive a refund, but we are extremely sorry for the delay. It’s possible that a mistake occurred, your refund request was added to the accounts team’s list but was unfortunately missed during processing, as we handle refunds manually.
