 * this plugin, whether paid or free does not work under WordPress 4.6.
 * Please fix the issue or refund.
 * It is a great idea to simplify our lives and we thank you for this, but it simply
   does not work.
 * This is my third message, now time for you to react, please.

   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you
