Refund order Mail with tracking number wrong

    Hi
    couldn’t find an answer in the forum

    My problem is, that in my refund order mails from woocommerce I have the tracking number shown, even though it is not activated in the AST Plugin Settings.

    Is it a bug or what can I do to fix this?

    Hi, I could not replicate this issue, I refunded an order when this order status email was unchecked on the AST settings and the email did not contain the tracking information. Make sure that your WP, theme and plugins are in the latest version. and that the it’s unchecked and try again.
