    Hi

    I bought a license fee today, but realised I’ve bought it in error (I’m literally just going to use the honeycomb theme straight out of the box, and therefore will not need any support. I did not realise this, I thought I needed a license fee to use honeycomb)

    As I’ve bought the license today, not raised any support tickets, and will not in future, please can I have a refund.

    So far you have not offered any response/support to my question.

    Please can you refund me my £50 license fee for the reasons given in my first email?
