Everything I read says customer refunds should be automatic when using Square for Woocommerce. However, when I did a refund tonight there wasn’t anything automatic happening and the notes said: “Order status set to refunded. To return funds to the customer you will need to issue a refund through your payment gateway.”
I am using Woocommerce Square Version 2.5.1 | By WooCommerce.
What did I do wrong. I had to manually go into the dashboard to refund it.
