# Refund bug

 * Hi I’m writing to talk about this refund bug
 * So this customer only purchase that this item for once
 * I tried to refund her but the system didnt respond and had no refund record, 
   and she didn’t receive any sms
 * So i did it again now the record shows 2 refund records for 1 item!
 * I cannot redo this too.
    Please look into this! Thank you!

   I would recommend adding a comment on that thread about your case for the developers.
