I have a problem with a transaction but I can’t manage it in Stripe.
A customer has bought items on my shop 13rd June and paid by WooCommerce Payments using SEPA.
After some hours he contacted me asking to cancel the order and get the refund. I refunded it by Woocommerce Payments.
Yesterday I received a dispute from the same costumer for that transaction I now I have received the notification from stripe for a charge of the amount.
So at this moment Stripe will not accredit me nothing BUT will charge me of the transaction.
How I can contact Stripe to resolve this? It seems that using Stripe Express is not possible…but isn’t acceptable what is happening!!
