 * I checked your screenshot; kindly note that this grayed-out section is auto-filled
   after you set the quantity of a product to be refunded or specify custom amount
   right next to the item name _(as in the following screenshot)_.

 * In case this doesn’t help, please send your site’s SSR and we’ll get back to 
   you accordingly. You can get it by navigating to the `WooCommerce / Status` section
   of your site. Once there, click on the `Get system report` button and then copy
   it by clicking on the `Copy for support` button. Then paste it here in a comment.
