 * After lots of tooing and frowing with Support unsuccessfully i decided to ask
   for a refund to be told that as it was after 30 days from purchase i could not
   have a refund. That’s the price of patience!

 * I’m sorry about this but it seems your payment is almost 9 months old.
 * We do offer refunds in the first 30 days after the purchase, but our payment 
   gateway does not allow refunds after such a long time.
 * However, this support forum is only related to the free plugin, not the pro one.
 * Let me know if you need anything else.

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and refund discussions.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
