Refreshing Uploads folder

Hi all,

I just moved from WPmu 2.7 to WP 2.7, the thing is that I did not move by exporting the blog from mu and importing into WP, but I manually replaced the database tables.

I have moved the uploaded files in their respective directories from the wp-mu install to the wp-content/uploads/ directory, however, these files do not show up in the media section of my blog, needless to say, all images on posts and pages are missing.

Where is the uploaded file’s information stored in the DB? what table? so I can manually replace it, also, is there a way for WP to refresh and add images just like NextGen Gallery does with it’s directories?
