• I refreshed the cash and I’ve also flushed the cash in word press. When I go to the Mobile page and the desktop page the articles do not load.

I keep getting an error “No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache.”

    Hi,

Please create a separate page for your shop, please avoid using Spreadplugin on the start page.
Regarding your cache problem, did you use the shortcode [spreadplugin] only or added some more attributes?
Which hosting provider are you using?
What happens if you click „Rebuild cache“ in Spreadplugin Settings?

    Thanks for your response.

    Hello,

So you can’t have the plugin on the homepage?

    I’m using WordPress with godaddy.

I am using that short code.

When I hit rebuild cache it shows all of the products loading correctly. And when I view it and preview it works fine. But when I publish and go to the mobile site or website none of the products show

Godaddy is using some module cache which prevents the WordPress storage to be populated. You can ask them to turn of the cache.

Ok. I’ve added plugin to its own page.

    I’ve added [spreadplugin]

    And I’ve done “rebuild cache”

I’ve even changed the theme to fluida

And it still gives the error “ No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache.”
