• Refreshing all means of payment if you exit and return to the checkout screen is causing dropouts at checkout since many customers need to leave the screen to enter data for a virtual card, for example.

    It happens on any device.
    For me to show you something I would have to make a video but you can simulate the checkout at modadebike.com.br start typing the card numbers and change the window on the brownser. The payment screen at checkout will refresh

    I have tested it in your website.

    It looks to me that this is connected to your payment plugin and this happens for security reasons.

    Could you try disabling the plugin and testing it out.

    The problem is not in the two payment plugins that I have to verify access the sandbox without fluid installed to confirm what I’m saying.
    I already turned off the fluid

    The problem has been fixed and the changes will be available with the next update of the plugin, which is set to be released in a few days.

    This fix applies for when using the plugins Mercado Pago and PayPal Brasil, but may not apply for other payment methods you might be using.
