Refresh Moowoodle Course Details

I’m putting this here because it took ages to work out. And it was such a simple fix.

I swapped from a moodle cloud to a hosted moodle plan and moowoodle kept putting up the old course ids.

So to refresh I need to leave blank the token and website address and then sync the courses. This cleared all the courses and I could refresh with new ones once I added the new token and web address. I hope that helps someone.
