Refresh lag?

Hi – have a question about the lag between a post on Twitter and appearing on page. Refresh is set to 15mins, yet over 1 hour later I don’t see the post on the page. I can see the tweet in the Debug data, but not on the page…is there something that I’m perhaps not doing correctly?
