 * For a friend (though I have access to the backend).
 * He’s concerned that when he updates the schedule page, returning visitors aren’t
   seeing the most recent version of the site. This is obviously a problem for something
   like schedules. He says it’s almost universal across all browsers/devices.
 * I don’t know where to start with this. What can we try/do?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Frefresh-for-all-users%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@coachmarino](https://wordpress.org/support/users/coachmarino/),
 * This is likely a cache issue.
    Check if there is a cache plugin installed. It
   is probably applying a full page cache, so the users that are not logged in are
   getting a pre-saved version of the page. Most of cache plugins allows you to
   add exceptions for specific pages. Other alternative is to force a cache refresh
   every time he updates the schedule (not practical if this occurs frequently).
 * Let me know if you need further assitance. Cheers!

 * Thanks for your help…
 * The site uses W3, and it was out of date. I updated it. If there’s still an issue,
   I can start messing around…
 * Do you think the plug in being out of date could have made a difference? W3 is
   pretty widely used isn’t it?

 * I’d say that the problem is not the plugin being out dated, but just some agressive
   cache configuration.
    And yes, the plugin is widely used. As a quick test, you
   can simply disable the plugin for a few minutes, create some new schedule and
   see if it refresh correctly for users. If that works, then you can re-enable
   the plugin and start looking into fine tunning the settings.
 * Cheers!
