On one of my site’s forms the CAPTCHA refresh button is floating off on its own instead of staying next to the CAPTCHA image. In Chrome it’s floating off to the right/middle of the form; in Firefox it’s floating in between the image and CAPTCHA Code input field; in Safari it’s floating right in the middle of the form in between other fields; and I haven’t even checked IE since I’m developing on a Mac and not even going there yet. Any ideas? My other forms are fine – it’s just this one:
Of course I figured it out minutes after I posted this. It turns out that the width for the CAPTCHA div had to be the same as the input fields containing div, otherwise things got shifted where they could fill the space. The ole box model thing.
