Referrence Error – jQuery not defined (custom logo in admin bar)

    With WordPress 4.5, when logged in but viewing a page (instead of the backend) I see “ReferenceError jQuery Not Defined”. I tracked this down to the CDATA output that adds a custom logo image on the admin bar.

    I resolved my issue by removing that custom image, however, it’d be nice to have it.
