Referral URL (cookie) based specific content

    Hi everyone,

    After digging a lot and testing a bunch of plugins I came upon this forum.
    I’m new to WordPress and cookies, so I need help with the following:

    I have to catch the referral URL which linked to my WordPress blog and compared to a predefined contacts list to show visitors a specific contact details. And this information should be available throughout the session, as the visitor navigates my blog pages and posts.

    In my opinion this functionality could be achieved by http_referral and cookie set to expire at the end of the visitor’s session.

    Should anyone can provide a working solution, it will be highly appreciated, since I’m on an upcoming deadline.
