Referencing a pdf in my virtue blog

Good morning
I would like to use url to directly link to a certain pdf in my page blog.datium.eu/documentacion.. the straight url (one of them, for example) is
https://blog.datium.eu/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/wp248_rev01_EIPD_ES.pdf

So I could use that url in a email or Word document (to a customer, for instance) to open the pdf for the customer to read it.

But, that link /… wp-content/uploads…. sounds too “internal” to me, and may be it is not a good practice to use that kind of url (I wonder if it is dangerous for my website).

Is there any alternative (besides shorteners like bitly) to provide a more elegant way to access such a document?
