redundant gravatars in p2

in Prologue, the user gravatar would be omitted on consecutive posts on the front page. However, in P2 the gravatar appears on every post. The result is a bit clutterred. I would like to request that an option be added to P2’s config page to enable suppression of the redundant gravatars, to better emulate the old prologue behavior.
