Redundant Entries in the table

For few products purchased from my site, I have duplicate entries in the table: wp_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions .

There is only 1 order from the site of a product, but in this table the entry for the purchased product is shown multiple times.

Can I please have a resolution, so that I have only 1 entry for products purchased in a order.
