• I designed a form that has about 10 checkboxes. When I want to review the submissions in excel format, it shows the titles of the checkboxes in a row. In each column, under the title of each checkbox, it says either “checked”or “unchecked”.

    Where it says “unchecked”, can we have it just leave that area blank? It makes it much easier to read when I am reviewing may of the submissions.
