# Reduced Screen Area / Width

 * Hello,
 * I’ve been working now with WP 5.0 for a couple of days… It’s really annoying 
   that Posts and Pages now appear as a 1/3 column in the middle of the screen.
 * Is there any way to change the view so that Pages and Posts can be created and
   edited in ‘full screen width’?

 * I may be missing something, but that doesn’t address the problem – It just removes
   the menus / tool bars…
 * I have this nice wide computer monitor and when writing a blog or a page, I would
   like to use all of the screen, not just a single column down the centre.
 * This should be ‘fixed’ – no?
