Reduce white space between page title and first row

Hi,

This appears to be the only issue I am still having trouble with. There is too much dead space between each page title and the first row in the layout builder. See these screen shots:

I have tried adding the following code to the CSS, but to no avail:

.page-section .page-no-subtitle {
    margin-bottom: 65px;
}

…and in page settings I have changed the title style from ‘normal’ to ‘small’ in the hope that this would solve the problem but still nothing.

I suspect it might be a case of removing the default subtitle space but don’t know how to do this.

What is the fix??
