Reduce unused CSS

    I have tried numerous combinations to try and figure out why unused CSS occurs but couldn’t find anything. Litespeed cache plugin is supposed to remove all unused CSS but it doesn’t for some reason.

    Also, my Speed Index (in GSC) is very bad and I feel Litespeed is causing this problem somehow. Please solve my issue.

    Hi,

    No , the unused CSS are coming from your theme or other plugins

    in next version , we will add a feature called Unique CSS to address this unused CSS issue

    you can try it now as beta version if you want , you can get it in toolbox -> beta test -> dev , upgrade

    Hey,

    I use only 10 plugins and all of them are properly optimised. I disabled each one to try and figure out if they are causing Speed Index issues.
    I feel the Speed Index Issue is due to Litespeed. How do I reduce my site speed then?

    When will you officially launch the Unique CSS feature?

    Hi,

    you can compare the result with and without LiteSpeed Cache plugin

    some options like CSS combine might cause adverse effect since it will combine all CSS into single or few , and make it bigger/larger to make load heavier

    I don’t have an “official” answer , but it’s already in public test if you wish to try , toolbox -> beta test -> dev
