    Hey

We’ve got some issues with sending mail.
How can I reduce the number of emails sent at the same time? So that the mail server doesn’t flag them as spam or simply refuse to send them.

    best regards
    Oliver

    Hi @moesioli,
    Thanks for your message.

There’re lots of reasons why emails can be marked as spam or be refused to be sent, esepcially if ther are too many being sent at once.
I recommend making your way through this document on email deliverability to aid with this.

Let me know how you get on.

If i send a notification to 180 Users I get an error message in WordPress that around 50% of the mails couldn’t get through.
They have all the same email domain. meaning 180 mails to for example @domain.com.
50% get through and the others don’t.
We send via SMTP and set everthing in SPF, DKIM and DMARC

    Hi @moesioli,
That’s good to know yo’re sending via SMTP.
Are you able to post a screenshot of the error you’re seeing?
Some email hosts limit email sending to just a few hundred emails within a 60-minute period. Do you know if you have any SMTP limits for sending within 1-hour?
