If you mean the scroller box, try editing style.css:
#my-glider .scroller {
background:#000;
display:block;
height:250px;
margin:0 auto;
overflow:hidden;
padding:0;
width:630px;
}
and changing the value for height.
You need to change the permissions on the theme’s folder in the wp-content/themes directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767 or 777.
