• Hi there,

Even though I’ve had a look around in these forums I can’t seem to find a solution to my problems.

I’m new to word press and I am using a theme called wordpress for writers. I want to reduce the space between my title heading and the content below.

I’m pretty sure I need to make some corrections in my CSS but I’m not 100% sure how to do this.

There is slightly less space between the heading and content in my posts/articles than there is in my pages but I would like to reduce it anyway.

The main problem seems to be in pages and specifically my About page, which is the only page I currently have content on apart from my first post.

I would also like to change the heading font size and the case for my top menu and things like my blog roll, links, tags, categories etc.

    My website address is: http://www.notquitethere.org

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you,
    Aidan.

To solve one of the headings (you didn’t specify which)

There is slightly less space between the heading and content in my posts/articles than there is in my pages but I would like to reduce it anyway.

Look at lines 74 and 1176 of style.css.
You have paddings top and bottom, on the <h3> element. Remove the padding if you want, or change it to something smaller.

I would also like to change the heading font size and the case for my top menu and things like my blog roll, links, tags, categories etc.

You need to be specific as to what you want to change the font size to.
