Support » Theme: Celestial - Lite » Reduce space between front page top widgets & footer widgets

    I have a large gap between the front page top widgets & the footer widgets. How can I reduce this? I’m concerned that people may not scroll down and see the footer information. I assume the gap may be a placeholder for another widget available in the pro version. I’m relatively new to WP and not very code savvy so specific instructions would be appreciated. 🙂

    This is where you need to modify one of the containers the content is in. In the theme’s style.css around line 144 is this:

    #st-content-wrapper {
    min-height: 10rem;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0 0 60px;
    font-size: 12px;
    font-size: 0.75rem;
    line-height: 22px;
    line-height: 1.375rem;
    color: #848484;
    }

    The padding: 0 0 60px; is putting that space in at the bottom. So you would need to use a CSS editor plugin or if you were using a child theme for this one, you would basically add this:

    #st-content-wrapper {
    padding-bottom: 30px;
    }

    Thanks that’s done the trick, although I adjusted it down to 10px. Have just left a review for you. I appreciate your efforts. Thanks again.
