We didn’t receive your request on our support channel. The option you’re looking for is in MyRewards → Features → General Features. THere’s a group called “Remove points on order refunds”. In this group, you can set up the order statuses for which previously earned points are removed from the user.

Thank you. I did create the ticket yesterday. Thank you for the information but what about when an order is deleted. I see that the plugin does not remove points if order is deleted in woocommerce. There are occasions where certain order needs to be removed and in such cases need a way to reduce the point for deleted orders. Is this possible to have this functionality?
An order being deleted doesn’t mean it didn’t happen or that points should be removed.
If you need to delete an order AND remove the points, I suggest placing the order on “cancelled” status before to remove the points and only then delete it.
