Reduce padding between main content and sidebar

Good morning,

There is a fairly large gap between my content and the right sidebar.

I think it is related to the content rather than the sidebar because I adjusted this code and it did not reduce this gap:
.sidebar .widget { padding: 0px 0px 0!important; }

Any ideas for a CSS adjustment to reduce the margin or padding between my content and the sidebar(in my child theme)?
