It’s also a core WP function so you can use this filter without the premium plugin: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/excerpt_length/

This filter work in Desktop but Not work on mobile phone, ‘couse i set expert length 20’ words. in desktop show 20 word expert length. but on mobile its remain 55 words expert length.
Hi there,
that filter changes the length of the WordPress generated Excerpt, it doesn’t change depending on what device your viewing it on.
If you’re seeing something different on your mobile device, then clear any caches on the site, and clear the device browser caches and check again.
